Accomodation

The Wheatsheaf Inn, Betws yn Rhos, Abergele

A Traditional Inn providing great meals and Bed and Breakfast accomodation.

The Wheatsheaf Inn was originally built in the 13th Century as an Ale House and licensed as a Coaching Inn in the 17th Century serving the Mail Route between Conwy and Chester until 1870.
The Inn is situated in the picturesque village of Betws yn Rhos, opposite the famous Twin Towered Church of St.Michael.
Betws yn Rhos was voted 'Best Village in Wales 2003' and has a bowling green, tennis courts and a 'pay and play' golf course.
The main features of the Inn are its spendid brass strewn oak beams and stone pillars. Combine these with the cosy, friendly, olde worlde charm of the lounge, bar and the Hayloft Weekend Restaurant with its intimate atmosphere. The Wheatsheaf Inn is the ideal place to spend your lunchtime or evening.
